BAKED TOMATOES

Baked tomatoes are a real game changer. They are so delicious and full of flavor. You can eat them separately or toss them in a pasta!

 

Ingredients: 

 

1. 5 tomatoes of your choice whether it be garden tomatoes or roma. 

2. Fresh minced garlic

3. Garlic power

4. Sea Salt

5. Fresh black pepper 

6. Olive oil

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.

  2. Slice tomatoes and place cut-side up on a lined baking sheet. 

  3. Sprinkle tomatoes with sea salt, garlic powder, minced garlic (how much is up to you) and fresh black pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.

  4. Bake until the tomatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
